Using a broad nib could be daunting for the inexperienced, but the technique can be quickly learned with the proper guidance. 

Working first with a double-pencil technique, you will make the essential forms. Once you understand how, you will pass to calligraphy pen and ink to develop your skills, creating beautiful decorations to embellish your future writing work.
