Intention setting

• Greeting ritual: Hello, eye contact, taking a breathe in synch with each person in the - 10 mins 

Guided Meditation - 15-20 mins

Connecting to Sensation

• immersing into sensation - 10 mins

• Writing exercise - 10 mins

• Ode to sensation - 10 mins

Break - 10 mins

Connecting to Feeling

• Somatic Contemplation  - 5 mins

• Writing exercise: eros as a place/object - 15 mins

• Reflection and sharing - 10 mins
