Four half-day Leadership modules with mini work placed projects to bring the learning into action in the workplace.

Modules/Lessons

Module 1 - Owning My Future Growth, Ambition and Performance:

Module 3 - Situational Leadership:

  • SLll introduction to the Accredited programme

Module 4 - Building Great Teams:

  • The 5 core elements of team development
  • Bringing them to life

Assessment

  • Prepare and deliver a 30-minute summary based on the key learning content from the Mastery Programme and how delegates will apply (recorded session)
  • Assessed by external facilitator against key criteria including feedback for ongoing development
