In July 2023, I attended a “BRCGS Food Issue 9 Lead Auditor” online training, conducted by Sonia ANDRE. The training was an opportunity to understand the requirements of the global standard and to prepare for the official Lead Auditor Exam. Sonia was sympathetic and available to answer the questions of the participants and to help them successfully conduct the assessment. She demonstrated her perfect mastery of the standard and a superior level of expertise. I highly recommend Sonia!
