Through training, many things are learnt but often this profound and personal purpose can be clouded. This weekly group provides a safe space that promotes a non-judgmental approach. We aim to create a kind of intimacy where practitioners can see themselves clearly whilst getting the support to be who they are. Once the practitioners own individual style is discovered a process to master what will become their own personal approach begins. The group is the supervisor, a gentle but firm mirror to observe our work with perspective and generate understanding of the client’s process by taking into account ourselves as co-creators of the therapeutic encounter.
