Just a phenomenal experience all-round with some true professionals. Andy, the instructor, is simply a font of knowledge in every sense and someone I could sit in a classroom with and learn from for weeks. The professionalism, institutionalised knowledge and insight from HET is simply second to none. This course is worth every cent.

I am a seasoned conflict reporter, and I've done HEFAT (Hostile Environment First Aid Awareness Training) since 2007. Eventually, I moved to Britain, and before I travelled to cover Armenia's armed conflict, I needed to do a refresher. Working with Andy (the instructor) and Ian (the director) has been excellent; many may have the knowledge one would need to stay alive in a hostile environment whilst reporting, but only a few may be blessed with an understanding of how to share that knowledge....
