WE ARE CONSTANTLY BOMBARDED WITH MESSAGES ABOUT EVERYTHING WE ‘SHOULD’ DO We’re told to work hard, to climb the corporate ladder, to be a leader, a high achiever. To be a good mum, a loving partner. We’re supposed to do it all, be in all. The problem with this is that the outside world has no idea what it is we truly want. The outside world fails to remind us that our life should also feel as good as it looks. This has caused an epidemic of extremely talented, relentlessly busy, high-achieving women feeling overworked, overwhelmed and unfulfilled. I know, because that was me.
