Rebecca Leppard is an experienced coach, mentor, trainer and facilitator having worked with clients in both the public and private sector. Rebecca’s background in the competitive world of the Travel Industry and sales set her up well as she realised her true passion to develop people. She embarked on a new direction working for the NHS, in Senior Management roles providing training, coaching and mentoring to all levels of staff, ensuring the successful delivery of talent and leadership programmes and supporting teams to work more effectively together. Rebecca is passionate about supporting and developing people to improve both performance and productivity. She is a great listener and an excellent communicator with a belief in others that enables them to unlock their true potential, grow in confidence and realise their talents. Rebecca set up Leppard Coaching and Development Ltd. in 2013 and supports individuals and local businesses through one-to-one coaching, leadership & management development, career coaching, goal setting and business planning to name but a few.
