The rise of TV shows featuring both amateur and professional bakers, such as G.B.B.O. and Is It Cake? has contributed to the demand for good cake decorating classes in Central London–classes that have instructors that are easy to understand and that allow bakers to let their creativity run free. Along with this increasing demand for skilled cake instructors came talented bakers looking to come to London and showcase their talent as well as extending that talent to others, regardless of their baking abilities, and we started to commission the finest of these cake connoisseurs.
