With this in mind please read the below and if booking for more than one person please forward this email on so everyone is aware and in turn looked after. Ceremonial Cacao Contraindications Between 6.45pm and 7pm there will be optional Ceremonial Cacao served, which can enhance your experience of the Sound Bath. If choosing to drink some of the cacao provided as part of your ticket, please make sure you are well hydrated before coming to the session, as cacao can be dehydrating (a little like tea and coffee). If you are on MAOI based antidepressants, cacao naturally contains tyramine, which is contraindicative of your medication. Cacao is not suitable for anyone with serious heart conditions, low blood pressure, or anyone on blood thinning or blood pressure lowering medication, as it is a vasodilator. It is also not suitable for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. The cacao served during ceremonies is 20g per serving (based on one cup per person). The recommended daily dosage should not exceed 50g. The cacao will be made with 100% pure cacao, water and coconut milk. If you have any contraindications or allergies there will also be a variety of herbal teas available for your perusal. Sound Therapy Contraindications The only absolute contraindication for Sound Therapy is if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Although there is no evidence that sound therapy would do any harm to an unborn child this is a standard requirement for insurance purposes across most holistic practices. If you suffer with Epilepsy or seizures please let the host know in advance of the event. It is unlikely the sound frequencies used would trigger a seizure but by letting the host know we can ensure your needs are met. The Sound Bath itself is designed to encourage you into a deep state of relaxation that can produce imagery. With this in mind if you suffer with mental health challenges such as depression or anxiety the Sound Bath could be triggering. If this is a concern please contact the host directly and we are happy to chat this through with you. It is very rare, but occasionally sound frequencies set unsympathetic resonance with metal implants in the body. There is no problem with this, but if you do have metal plates in your body please let the host know upon arrival so we can check in advance if your implant causes any pain or discomfort. If you require lifesaving medication please let the host know upon arrival so we can ensure your needs are met also. Inclusivity Policy This event is for anyone 16 years+ unfortunately children under 16 are not permitted. This session is warmly open to all, irrespective of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture or religious beliefs. The venue and event is wheelchair-friendly however please inform the host if you require physical support to enter and/or leave the venue.

Our lower age group offers all of the below modules with a focus on developing skills, having fun with friends and performing for family. 16-21 year olds: This group is suitable for 16-21 year olds who would like a future in the performing arts. While still suitable for those who want to have fun, the courses will be focused on perfecting audition skills for casting calls and drama school applications. A showreel allows them to see you in action through a series of short video clips. While taking part in the Academy, you will have the chance to purchase optional headshots and a showreel to showcase your talents. Our team will help you capture the very best bits of your performances and a brilliant headshot that you can use to apply for future castings and opportunities. “Filmmaking is a chance to live many lifetimes” - Robert Altman -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our Film Production Course is led by highly experienced videographer and cinematographer Max Jewell-Smith, and award-winning actor and producer Henry Hereford, who has been working in the industry for more than 20 years in the UK, Australia and the US. Henry is a producer with the production company, Fluffy Cat, who have worked on films such as For The Love Of George, To Leslie, and Well Behaved Woman, so he has plenty of unique insight to share with students. With a mix of technical skills, script writing and acting, students on our Film Production course will work together to create a short film that they will showcase on Friday. WHEN AND WHERE? Peter is the Theatre Manager for Cranleigh Schools and has worked as the Technical Manager producing shows and events for Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, as well as touring with Encore Dance Company. This specialised course gives students a glimpse behind the curtains at the theatre, and the basic skills they need to work in this industry. It's perfect for anyone who wants to work in crucial behind-the-scenes roles in theatre, as each day contains practical training on subjects like lighting, design, sound, projection, setup and operation. In fact, you'll be taught the process of putting on a show, and get hands-on experience when you use what you've learned to run the technical side of the live shows at the end of the Academy!
