The NEBOSH National Diploma is designed to provide the underpinning knowledge for a professional career in health and safety. The course is suitable for both newly appointed safety practitioners and those with substantial experience who wish to obtain Chartered Membership of IOSH. It equips holders to advise on effective management of risk across the range of employment sectors.

This International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine accredited qualification teaches the skills, knowledge and competence required of an individual in order to work with clients on specific breathing techniques in both 1:1 or group sessions. Learners will cover: The anatomy of the lungs; gaseous exchange; the breath-brain connection and the physical and mental benefits of breathwork. How to hold space for breathwork; creating a trauma-informed space and basic facilitation skills. How the breath impacts the vagus nerve and its connection to the parasympathetic nervous system. The structure of a breathwork session and how to build momentum with music and motivational cueing (i.e.what to say and what to play). The content of a breathwork session with an in-depth study of 6 unique breathwork exercises. Advanced Facilitation skills – How to plan for emotional and physical reactions; how to modify for different audiences/special populations.

The Nebosh General Certificate gives individuals the skills and know-how to complete their health & safety responsibilities within their working environment. It can also be used as a first step in a career within Health & Safety.

This NEW course combines the Emergency First Aid at Work with Emergency Paediatric First Aid giving you 2 courses in one. Instead of 12 hours to gain 2 qualifications it is combined into 1 full day (7 hrs approx) This is the ideal course those working with children and adults in any environment eg: Sports clubs, community groups, Schools Contact us for the course to be run for a group at your place of work or alternatively individuals can book places on our open courses in the Newtownards or Belfast training.

QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) This 'Open' Course is for individual learners to book on at the Training Centre in Ards, for £85 per person (No VAT to pay) Prices include learner registration, QA e-certification, CPR faceshield and course reference booklet. The purpose of these qualifications is to enable learners to coach clients – one to one and in small groups – towards their health and fitness goals. Learners will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to plan and deliver creative and personalised exercise programmes, provide nutritional advice and support clients with their overall lifestyle management.

This qualification is aimed at learners who wish to work in an unsupervised capacity; planning, instructing and evaluating a safe and effective Pilates session.

The Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES) is usually a one-year pre-university qualification that provides students with an entry route to an overseas university. The L3IFDHES prepares students with the essential English language skills, key transferable study skills, cultural knowledge, and chosen specialisms that universities feel bridges the gap between high school and undergraduate study. In January 2023 we offer pathways in business and higher finance. With agreements in place with over 70 universities across the globe, students’ can progress with confidence to a higher education course for further study. Entry Requirements For entry onto the NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES) qualification students must have successfully completed secondary school education. Students must also meet the English language entry requirements of: • IELTS minimum score of 4.5 or above OR • GCE ‘O’ Level English D7 or above Alternatively, a student can take the free NCC Education Higher English Placement Test which is administered by our Accredited Partner Centre’s.
